Frequently asked questions-
What are your hours- Dogs can be dropped off and picked up- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8:30am- 9:30am and 3:30pm- 5pm
Can I drop off or pick up outside these hours- We are a small family run business, we only allow drop offs and pickups during these hours. We have a break during the day Mondays to Fridays as we have our lovely daycare dogs here and we do not like to disturb them when they are having down time.
Can I inspect your farm before booking my dog in- As we are a kennel free facility and all our dogs run free on the farm, we do not allow inspection. We update our social media pages almost every day with photos and videos and have a great reputation. Our priority is the well being of all the dogs that come to play. We do everything possible to make the farm a stress free environment for all dogs. Having people that the dogs do not know come in for an inspection can put a lot of stress on the dogs and disturb their day.
It's my first time booking my dog in. What is the process- If your dog has not attended the farm before, please head over to bookings and fill in the questionnaire under new clients. After you have done this we will contact you.
How does the behavior and sociability assessment work? Your dogs first day at the farm will be their assessment day. Your dog will be introduced to a wide variety of dogs of different breeds, sizes and personalities. We look at how your dog greets others, their play style and how they respond to a big pack of dogs and us.
Can my dog wear his/her collar with their ID on it at the farm- Dogs playing with their collars on can be very dangerous. Please make sure your dog's microchip details are up to date.
My dog is on medication- Linda is a vet nurse and can administer medication to your dog. We do not charge a fee for administering medication. All medication needs to be in it's original packaging with vet instructions.
I have a small dog, can they attend the farm- Yes! we except small dogs at the farm. If your small dog has grown up socializing with all sized dogs they can join in on the fun in our dog yards.
